All the Plans è il quarto album in studio del gruppo musicale indie rock inglese Starsailor, pubblicato nel 2009.

Starsailor are an English post-Britpop band, formed in 2000. Since its formation the band has included guitarist and vocalist James Walsh, drummer Ben Byrne, bassist James Stelfox and keyboardist Barry Westhead.

After the release of their fourth album All the Plans (2009), the band entered into extended hiatus until 2014, during which they were involved in individual projects.

Starsailor announced their reunion on 23 May 2014 and began performing worldwide. Good Souls: The Greatest Hits was released in September 2015, and featured two new songs. A fifth studio album All This Life was released in 2017.

Gli Starsailor sono una band alternative rock - britpop britannica proveniente da Chorley (Inghilterra) formatasi nel 2000. Dalla sua formazione la band ha incluso il chitarrista e cantante James Walsh, il batterista Ben Byrne, il bassista James ‘Stel’ Stelfox e il tastierista Barry Westhead.

Dopo l'uscita del loro quarto album All the Plans (2009), la band è entrata in una pausa prolungata fino al 2014, durante la quale sono stati coinvolti in progetti individuali.

Gli Starsailor hanno annunciato la loro re-unione il 23 maggio 2014 e hanno iniziato a esibirsi in tutto il mondo. Good Souls: The Greatest Hits è stato pubblicato a settembre 2015, poi hanno presentato due nuove canzoni. Un quinto album in studio All This Life è stato pubblicato nel 2017.

Il loro nome deriva dal titolo di uno degli album più famosi del cantautore Tim Buckley, padre dello scomparso Jeff. La band si ispira infatti musicalmente ai due, per i quali ha una vera e propria ammirazione, miscelando certe sonorità con il sound britannico con influenze che vanno dai The Beatles ai Coldplay, Blur e tutto il filone Britpop.
